What is the standard shipping policy? 

  • All orders from are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00PM PST. Orders processed over the weekend will be shipped the next following business day.  
  • All orders are shipped through UPS Ground services apart from selective accessories. To estimate UPS nationwide delivery times, please visit the UPS U.S. Ground Maps 

How much does shipping cost?  

  • Cost varies based on shipping location. This cost can be calculated by following the below steps:  
  • In your uAttend Shopping Cart, select the Calculate shipping option. 
  • Apply your shipping information to obtain your shipping cost. 

Is expedited shipping available? 

  • Yes. We offer multiple expedited shipping options for additional cost: 
  • UPS 3 Day Select  
  • UPS 2nd Day Air 
  • UPS Next Day Air 
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver

Is free shipping available? 

  • Free shipping is not available for orders. 

Does uAttend ship internationally?  

  • If you are shipping to Canada, please visit uAttend Canada to complete your order.  
  • For all other international orders, please contact [email protected] to set up your order. 

How can I track my uAttend order? 

  • Both order tracking and invoice information are emailed upon order completion. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of the current or next available business day, please contact [email protected]. 

How do I return my order for a refund? 

Can I update my shipping address after my order has been placed? 

  • Be sure to contact [email protected] as soon as possible to see if your order is available for address updates. We cannot offer guarantees that requests will be successfully processed but will do our best to accommodate any changes you have.  

Can I update my shipping address after my order has been shipped? 

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to reroute shipments after processing. We recommend you contact the carrier to see what options you have for delivery holds or other special instructions.
